Second Chakra
After toning an octave (eight tones) at the root chakra I move my hands up to the second (sacral) chakra and start the process over. The chakra is half way between the navel and the root chakra. If I happened to have started the first set of tones with the musical note F, I will start the second set of tones with G and then at the third chakra, A, etc. If you can not sing a slightly higher scale at each chakra, just sing the same scale over – the process will still work for you.
Joy noted on this drawing that at tone 3 (at the second chakra) pink energy started to form around my mouth and that it increased with each breath. She also noted that there was residual pink energy at the root chakra.
