Seventh Chakra

Repeat the process at your crown chakra: this is located at the top of the head – the place that is called the soft spot on a new-born child.

Joy’s noted that at the seventh chakra, above my head she saw bright white light filtering through pink and purple light, and over my body she saw a shower of golden light. The blue layer (elementary life force) was now very expanded and had turned more of a blue-green.

Also notice that the odd and irregular energy shapes that she had observed in the earlier stages of the meditation are now gone. What she observed at this stage is a balanced energy body with a lot of life force surrounding it.
