Third Chakra
Moving to the (solar plexus) third chakra, which is between the navel and your heart, repeat the process.
Joy noted on this drawing that a yellow cone of light started to appear in the area of my left ear. She also noted what appeared to her as a yellow cape. Please note the yellow release of energy at the elbows and the knees.
The major joints are common places for large amounts of energy to be released. Also note the yellow shaft of light beginning to appear from my spine line. Most people who can see the finer layers of the energy body say that they see the third layer as a structured yellow field.
The third layer is also considered to be associated with our mental body – and possibly where we hold our thoughts and memories. With that in mind, note the increase of yellow energy around my head.
